Wagashi & Matcha Experience

In Japan, there are many different types of sushi, and in this class, you'll learn how to make two different kinds of sushi. Enjoy a relaxed and fun atmosphere while learning these easy-to-make dishes that have been popular with our students.

Session Details:
1st Session:
Learn the basics of Washoku (Japanese cuisine)
- How to make dashi (Japanese soup stock)
- Pot-cooked rice
- A classic homestyle dish: Nikujyaga (meat and potato stew)
- Complete with “Ichiju Sansai” (soup and three sides)
2nd Session:
- Teriyaki chicken
- Seasonal dish
- Learn the basics of Japanese seasonings: "Sa, Shi, Su, Se, So"
3rd Session:
- Handmade udon noodles from scratch
- While the dough rests, prepare Chawanmushi (savory steamed egg custard and Tempura
4th Session:
